My February 2026 Book of the Month Selections
It’s February, which means it’s time to pick my new book of the month title! I spoiled myself a little this month and picked 3 titles. I don’t normally do this but there were just so many good options and I didn’t want to miss out. Am I doing a good job of justifying my choices? Lol. To find out which books I picked, make sure you keep reading for my February 2026 Book of the Month selections.
And if you enjoyed today’s blog post, you can read more of my book of the month posts here.
What Books Were Available This Month?
There were a lot of interesting sounding titles this month including Stolen Midnights (YA Fantasy), One & Only (Romance), The Exes (Thriller), Good People (Contemporary Fiction), A Good Animal (Literary Fiction), and It’s Not Her (Thriller).

What were my February 2026 Book of the Month Selections?
As I mentioned earlier, I spoiled myself this month and bought 3 books. I feel the need to mention that I don’t normally do this! I just got a little carried away this month.
My first pick was One & Only by Maurene Goo. I’ve never actually read anything by her before, but I know I’ve heard of some of her young adult titles. This is a romance about a psychic matchmaker who falls in love, and it sounds really cute. I love a story where someone who isn’t supposed to or isn’t prepared to fall in love, finds themselves falling!
My second pick is A Good Animal. I don’t read a ton of literary fiction, but this sounds like the kind of coming of age story I could really find myself getting into. I haven’t read a lot of farming stories but I did really enjoy The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah.
My third pick is an add on called So Old, So Young by Grant Ginder. The story just sounded really interesting to me because it follows a group of friends as they get older. I didn’t realize this but he is the author of The People We Hate At The Wedding which is also on my TBR list.
In Conclusion
Are you a member of book of the month? What was your February 2026 Book of the Month choice? Let me know in the comments. I was really impressed by the titles this month and definitely want to check out some of the thrillers in the future.
The Exes because the cover is intriguing. And It’s Not Her because I still have yet to read anything by Mary Kubica! Her books always catch my eye.
