Reading Plans: Volume 2

Reading Plans is a new weekly feature on the blog. I’ll be sharing some of my plans for the upcoming week including what I’ll be reading and what I’m working on with the blog. Let me know what your weekly plans are in the comments section!

I’m feeling refreshed and ready for a new week! I spent the weekend in Delaware with my boyfriend and pup, Hazel. We had a great time in the sunshine on Saturday, riding our bikes through Rehoboth and enjoying the state park. I did have some discomfort due to my lack of padded bike shorts, but other than that it was a great day.

I also wound up finishing Haunting License as well as my audiobook re-listen of Verity. I really enjoyed both of these and full reviews will be up on the blog soon.

What Am I Reading?

My current eBook is The Road Trip Rewind by Kate & Danny Tamberelli. I really enjoyed their first book which I read last year, so I was very excited to be approved to read the sequel early by Netgalley. Well, sequel may not be the right world. But the story takes place in the same universe and focuses on a character who was briefly mentioned in the last book. So I’m excited to dive in and see what happens!

My current audiobook is Apples Never Fall. I know, I know. Not following my plans from last week. But I’ve started walking every evening after work so I am just flying through some audiobooks.

What’s Next on My TBR?

After I finish Apples Never Fall (Which I’m not sure how I feel about but I wanted to read it before watching the show), I have some others on my mind. Namely, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and Funny Story (which are both available with my Spotify subscription. Score!)

What’s Coming Up on the Blog?

I don’t have much scheduled for this week because I’m busy reading and writing new reviews! But here’s a sneak peek about what book reviews I’ll be posting soon:

Plus I’ll be sharing a Can’t Wait Wednesday post tomorrow! There are a lot of good books coming out this year and I am getting so excited for Fall. There’s so much great seasonal reading to be done.

What I’m Excited for This Week

• Hazel is getting groomed on Friday and she always looks so cute after a fresh haircut
• Spending time outside! I think I said this last week too, but I’m going to say it again. I’ve been getting lots of walks in with my audiobooks and it feels great.
• Working on my blog this weekend. I have so many ideas and I’m exciting to spend some time this weekend writing.
