Reading Plans: Volume 3

Reading Plans is a new weekly feature on the blog. I’ll be sharing some of my plans for the upcoming week including what I’ll be reading and what I’m working on with the blog. Let me know what your weekly plans are in the comments section!

I have been a busy bee these past few days! I’ve been reading a mix of eBooks and audiobooks because there are just so many good books available right now and I want to devour them all! I spend last weekend writing my heart out and scheduling posts, so there are a lot of great book reviews coming out on the blog soon.

Last weekend was pretty chill. I read a lot. I blogged a lot. And I went to see a local high school production of Mamma Mia which was very cute. The kids in the production were really talented and it was such a fun show. It really put me in a good mood for the rest of the weekend!

What am I Reading?

I finished a couple of books last weekend and so tomorrow I’m going to be starting completely fresh. What a good feeling. My plan is to listen to The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo on Spotify and read Dreamland by Sarah Dessen in paperback form.

Both of these books are ones that I’ve started outlining book reviews on. But I’ve never read The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, so I need to finish that first. I did read Dreamland quite a while back but it’s been a while so I’d like to read it again.

My back up plan for if I finish those two is Come Shell or High Water by Molly MacRae.

What’s New On The Blog?

I got caught up on some of my reviews this weekend which feels really good. Here are some links to my most recent posts in case you missed them. Some of them were hits and others were misses, but that’s life!

Also, don’t forget to add me as a friend on goodreads if you want to follow my reading in real time. I’ve been really getting into updating my statuses lately as I read. Haha.

A Quick Recommendation

Emily Henry has become one of my favorite contemporary romance authors, and her latest release which is called Funny Story does NOT disappoint. It’s so cute and the banter and situations in the story are so hilarious. I’m going to be writing a full review for the blog, but I just finished it this evening and I had to get this out. Because it’s just so cute. I loved it.
