A Few Thoughts on Each Book I Read

Best Offer Wins

There’s nothing I love more than a thriller about a terrible person, and Margo takes the cake. This book was so outlandish and intriguing. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, domestic thriller.

Good Spirits

The fun and fantastical romance we all needed this season. This story about Harriet and Nolan will warm your heart and make you feel all kinds of feels, just in time for Christmas. I liked this one a lot and have a feeling that it will be an annual re-read for me.

Molka

This is a creepy one, friends. But it’s very well written! It’s a thriller about the hidden cameras and voyeurism that takes place in South Korea. I felt very uncomfortable while read this book and am still processing the story. It covers a difficult topic but is very interesting.

Will This Make You Happy: Stories and Recipes from a Year in Baking

A narrative cookbook! I liked some of the stories in this book, but I didn’t love all of them. The photos, illustrations, and recipes all sounds very good. I am looking forward to attempting to make some of these baked goods!

Killing Me Softly

This one was okay. It’s a domestic thriller about two people that are very unlikable. I didn’t see the twists coming, which was good. But they weren’t enough to save the book for me.

Almost Ravaged

Another Why Choose romance by Abby Millsaps. Haha. I really enjoyed this one. Not a super big fan of Tyson but I loved Sawyer, Noah, and Mercer. Can’t wait to see where their story goes next.
