Last Saturday my friend and I went to a Stars Hollow Festival and it was so fun. I wasn’t really planning to buy anything but it’s always a fun to support small businesses… especially when they sell stickers!

I also got a couple of Gilmore Girls themed bookmarks And kept my ticket and raffle tickets as mementos for my #junkjournal

1. A magical fantasy about a librarian who must learn about her family history with witchcraft. 🧙‍♀️
2. An age gap romance that felt a bit cringey 😬 and probably illegal.
3. A fun and spooky horror about a haunted suburban house 🏚️

How was your month of reading? I’m hoping November will be more productive for me as I start diving into my Christmas TBR list. 📖

So NaNoWriMo may not be a thing anymore, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be writing. ✍️

This year’s project is going to be writing 50,000 words of my Christmas romantic comedy - The Christmas Committee.

As some say of you might know I have been joining quite a few committees at my office and it’s truly insane. Don’t do it. The things you will find yourself caring about are absurd.

But it does make for some good stories afterward. And you might have a few laughs along the way.

So that’s what I’ll be busy with! I might pop in a few times here and there to talk about the books I’ve been reading, but for the most part I’ll be finishing this book and enjoying Fall 📖 🍂 🍁 #writing #nanowrimo #currentlywriting #amwriting #amwritingromance

Play Nice by Rachel Harrison is my favorite spooky read of the season! 🎃 👻 It’s a really engrossing tale about a young woman who must relive her troubled childhood when she takes on fixing up her deceased mother’s haunted house. 🏚️ This story went in directions that I did not expect. I really enjoyed the writing style and hope to read more of this author’s books in the future.
