The main character Reece is hosting a comedy night at his literary speakeasy, Subplot. But when the comedian is found dead the next day, there seem to be plenty of clues as to what could have really happened. I had to wake up quite early to get there in time, I had to wake up quite early to get there in time, but I made it to the 71st Annual Big Book Sale in Lancaster. My Mom used to take us as kids as we would stock up on books for Summer Reading. If I remember correctly, my book stack always had a lot of Babysitter’s Club and Sweet Valley High. I’m very pleased with my haul. I found some of my favorite authors as well as a few new to me authors. Plus I found a copy of Educated which I’ve been wanting to reread since the first time around, I listened to the audiobook. I chose Summer’s Never Over by Darby Bozeman. I’m a big mood reader and I also enjoy seasonal reading, so this thriller about a summer camp sounded very interesting to me. Since Change of Plans by Sarah Dessen is on my Jun Since Change of Plans by Sarah Dessen is on my June TBR list, I wanted to share a little bit of my reading history with her. 📖 My first Sarah Dessen book was This Lullaby. My Mom got it for me to read on my way to music camp when I was 16. And then when I got to music camp and met my roommates Sarah and Yoon they told me how much they loved her and recommended The Truth About Forever. Her books will always mean so much to me because they got me so excited about reading. So even though I don’t read YA much anymore, I’m so excited to read Change of Plans.
