Good morning everyone! I’m at the beach this weekend visiting my parents but before I left yesterday I did my first weigh in for the Diet Bet I’m participating in. Round 1 starts on July 1st but we were able to weigh in starting yesterday morning.
Here are my weigh in photos.
I am starting out at 160 lbs and the goal is to lose 10% of your body weight which will put me at 144. I’m really excited for this chance to work hard and get myself back into a healthy weight for my heigh (I am 5’3″).
I’m going to get real here for a moment. The nice thing about the full body photo is that I don’t totally hate how I look! I’ve been tracking on WW again after taking a long break. I first starting trying to lose weight in June 2018 and since then I have lost 12 lbs.
It’s not a lot, because I wasn’t completely focusing on my health for a lot of that time, but it’s a start.
